Dana grew up in East Texas and began working at the age of five, milking cows and hauling hay with his father. By age seven, he had no doubt that milking cows was not for him – he was going to need a career change.

In 2003, Dana began his career in real estate as a land surveyor. In 2003, he moved to Tyler and earned his degree in Surveying and Mapping from Tyler Junior College and The University of Texas at Tyler. While in college, he worked as a landman in East Texas. As a landman, he ran title, negotiated oil and gas leases, and managed oil and gas properties from central Louisiana to eastern New Mexico and throughout the state of Texas for some of the largest firms in the country.

Dana went on to earn the designation of Certified Professional Landman through the American Association of Professional Landmen and co-founded his own land firm: K and M Resources, LLC. Along with K and M Resources, Dana co-founded KMC Oil and Gas, LLC, a Texas-based independent exploration firm that evaluates and invests in oil and gas plays throughout the state and co-founded Eighty-One Royalties, LLC, which buys and sells mineral interests throughout the country. By 2009, Dana had fully launched his real estate career in East Texas, earning a Texas Broker’s License and starting his own firm, Red Stag Real Estate, LLC.

Dana’s time as a land surveyor and petroleum landman equipped him with a strong understanding of real estate from top to bottom. From growing up on a dairy farm to surveying land and homes to researching title from sovereignty to present, he has the tools needed to help you get exactly what you’re looking for in your dream home or any other type of investment property that interests you.

Dana now lives in Longview, Texas with his beautiful wife, Jessica, who is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. They have one son, Decker, who attends Hallsville ISD and is smart enough to get away with just about anything. They enjoy hunting, deep sea fishing, and snow skiing. He and his family are members of the First Baptist Church of Hallsville and the Pinecrest Country Club in Longview.

Aubrie grew up in NW Arkansas on her grandfather’s farm chasing chickens, frolicking with calves, and talking to crows out in the meadowlands. After graduating from West Fork High School in 1992 she attended the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. After the first year of college Aubrie decided she wanted to serve her country, like her grandfather before her, to get her education and see the world. She enlisted in the Air Force in November 1993 where she started her career as a Munitions Systems Specialist (AMMO) assigned to Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Her sons Keagan and Noah were born in Arizona and in 1997 they were reassigned to Royal Air Base Lakenheath in the United Kingdom. Her daughter Courtney was born in the UK the following year.

Aubrie was enlisted for 11 years as a Munitions Systems Specialist and upon receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland she was accepted to Officer Training School and spent 10 years as a Force Support Officer. During her 21 year career with the Air Force she was stationed in Arizona, United Kingdom, Louisiana, California and North Dakota. She deployed to Spain in support of Joint NATO missions, Diego Garcia in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom after 9/11, Qatar, Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Aubrie retired as a Captain from the Air Force in December 2014 after 21 year of service.

Prior to her retirement from the Air Force, Aubrie obtained her Arizona Real Estate License and immediately began working with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices selling homes in the Phoenix Metro Valley and Tucson. Her primary mission was to help military families and veterans achieve their dream of homeownership. Aubrie has sold over $58 Million in real estate in her 7 years with Berkshire Hathaway, helping over 200 families purchase, sell, or rent quality homes. She has been Goodyear Offices Top 3 agents for the past 5 years and has consistently been awarded President’s Roundtable and Sales Awards year after year. As a Military Relocations Specialist, over 80% of Aubrie’s clients are active duty military or veteran families, and she takes great pride in helping all her client’s feel as little stress as possible in achieving their real estate goals.

Aubrie decided to get back to nature and out of the big city in April 2021 so she purchased land and a home in Como and established Breezy Farms. After completing the Heroes to Hives program through the University of Michigan she and her oldest son began raising bees and chickens. She loves being an active member of the community and is the President of the Wood County Beekeepers Association. As of July 2022 she is now a fully licensed Realtor in the Great State of Texas and looks forward to helping you meet your goals of buying and selling Texas real estate with the same level of professionalism, integrity and care that her clients in Arizona appreciated.
